Then they are bullshit forecasts. You need groundhogs and telling bones to predict the weather... that or the weather rock..

5 days ago we were supposed to get the blizzard to end all blizzards. Snow shovels sold out. We're still waiting. Might still come eventually, but "stunningly accurate?" Not really.

Beautiful and sunshiny today.

But yeah, if a broad climate phenomena like the Polar Vortex or an El Nino is initiating they usually seem to have a general idea of what to expect. Yay. Go you. Give yourselves an award.

It was the Metro Vancouver version of a Blizzard. A light dusting.
