Absolutely and the reality was nobody looked all that hard. We sat around drank coffee and laughed our asses off at the stupidity of the evolution, all the time wondering how a Naval Establishment 2223 miles from ground zero would end up with these documents.

It was retarded. What blew me away was how many in the unit actually did thumb through files knowing full well there wouldn't be anything, but standing there and doing it anyway.
