The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled, 3 times, that Omar's rights were violated. There is no question there. He was going to get paid, one way or another.

I'm not a 'groupie' because I accept the findings of our highest court. I don't like it, but it is what it is.

Duffy will get paid too. He'll likely settle for ~5 million.
