Unfortunately, when it comes to voter fraud, when you catch one crook, it usually means there are hundreds more hiding in the darkness. When it comes to aliens voting, it’s more like thousands and thousands. And yes, there is evidence of large numbers of aliens getting on American voter rolls for anyone who cares to look, as we shall see.

“Voter fraud is a myth” is the favorite lazy narrative at places like the New York Times, the DNC, CNN and the Brennan Center for Justice (apologies, I repeat myself again). That’s why Ortega is about to disappear down the memory hole.

Instead of Winston and his coworkers dropping information down the memory hole, in 2017 it's Andrew Cohen, CNN’s purveyor of fake news Chris Cuomo, and Chris Hayes at MSNBC who will make Ortega disappear.

The reason people like Hayes, Cohen, Cuomo, and the rest want information about voter fraud to vanish is because they like how the fraudsters vote.

It’s not just Ortega they hide. Hayes, Cohen, Cuomo, and their confederates ignore proof of alien voting in plain sight.

Meet Sharmina Akthar, the next alien voter to transit down the memory hole.

Akthar was registered to vote in Fairfax County, Virginia. Akthar was found not to be an American citizen according to government records I obtained (see banner above).

Akthar was also a regular voter in federal elections according to government records.

Let’s recount why we know about Akthar’s participation in Virginia elections.

When fellow PJ Media writer Hans von Spakovsky was on the Fairfax Board of Elections in Virginia, he initiated a program to collect information about those who escape jury duty by saying under oath they are not an American citizen. Election officials then took that information and cross referenced it with election rolls.

Out popped Sharmnia Akthar and hundreds of other aliens registered to vote.

Did we hear about this at MSNBC? CNN? The Brennan Center?

Of course not. They are in the business of truth denial, memory holes, and fake news.

Sharmia Akthar, alien, non-citizen, was also voting. Government records reveal Akthar voted for president in 2008. Akthar voted in the February 2008 Democratic primary in Virginia and the midterm elections in 2006.

So no one has a problem with the fact that a non violent offender has been sentenced to eight years in prison for voter fraud? We have murderers, rapists, arsonists, etc. who do not get sentenced to eight years in prison. I am all for cracking down on voter fraud, but this is ridiculous. The average cost to incarcerate someone is over $31,000 a year. I think we can find better uses for $31,000 than to house a non violent offender who is not even guilty of property crime, identity theft, or swindling people out of their money. We are always hearing how our prisons are overflowing, and its bullshit like this thats responsible.

I could not get the attached link to open. I found this one to get the lowdown. There was a tidbit in it that I think should be a bigger story. The article claims that Miss Ortega came to the U.S. as an infant. It stated that she is 37 years old. It also stated that she only has a sixth grade education. How is that possible? Don't we have mandatory education laws? Where were the truant officers? Where were the courts? The all controlling government that wants full control over our lives did not give a shit when a child was being deprived of her education. The state failed her. Now the very same state that could not be bothered to do their jobs when it came to her well being wants to throw the book at her. I call bullshit!!! This woman is NOT the typical left wing do gooder ( armed with their liberal arts degrees from liberal universities ) who are going to save us "great unwashed" from ourselves by comparing obituaries and voter polls, and acting on it. She is not creating I.D.'s in her basement in order to swing a vote. She is claiming that she did not know the difference between a resident and a citizen. Armed with only a sixth grade education, she has a case.

I think that Miss Ortega has a good chance of having this conviction overturned for several reasons. One is diminished mental capacity. A good lawyer would put the state of Texas on trial and embarrass them for their failures in Miss Ortega's education, or lack thereof. The other case would be for selective enforcement. The state is picking one person and giving them a ridiculous eight year sentence to make a statement. Politics have no place in a courtroom. This sentence REEKS of politics, and just plain old meanness. Any judge handing out this bullshit sentence needs to be removed from the bench, the sooner the better.

And Texas has EXECUTED people of diminished capacity without batting an eye so unfortunately she'll likely serve her 8 years then be deported afterwards.
