Kewl. First, make sure that only ancient construction techniques are used. Second. put it in water to see it if floats.

Then, start loading the dinosaurs, 2x2. Or, never mind that, just all the insect species.

What fun.

No silly, the dinos never made it on the ark, which is why we don't have them any more.

Was this the theme park that got financed with public funds, something that these clods are usually against if it involves funding something that they personally dislike, e.g. education, health care, road maintenance?

You're thinking of the Creation Museum, also in Kentucky. Both are by the same religious group called Answers in Genesis.

Edit: You might be thinking for the Holy Land Experience theme park in Florida:

There was a four-year legal fight concerning unpaid property taxes that Orange County Property Appraiser Bill Donegan alleged were owed. Donegan argued that the Holy Land Experience is a theme park. Donegan dropped his fight after state lawmakers passed a law in 2006 granting a tax exemption for theme parks that display, exhibit, illustrate and interpret biblical manuscripts. This is similar to the tax exemption for museums that present historical information on other subjects. The law prevented Orange County from collecting the alleged back taxes as well as forgiving the park $300,000 in yearly property taxes. The law requires the park to offer an annual free admissions day.[10][11]

Hey, I've been there. Went to visit my sister who lives in Indiana. Flew onto Cincinnati international (which is in Ky) and driving north saw the Creation Museum so pulled in. They were feverishly fundraising for the Ark Encounter. Construction was on the way! The whole place was a great joke.
And BF, they claim Dino's were on the ark:
$1:
So, Were Dinosaurs on the Ark?
In Genesis 6:19–20, the Bible says that two of every sort of land vertebrate (seven of the “clean” animals) were brought by God to the Ark. Therefore, dinosaurs (land vertebrates) were represented on the Ark.

They also explain that T. Rex was a vegitarian (they don't say vegan).https://answersingenesis.org/dinosaurs/were-dinosaurs-on-noahs-ark/
