These kind of flights the Russians are doing ARE provocative to any of us who remember hearing the truth of the "accidents" that frequently happened in the 1980's. KAL 007 was not unique and had it been the military aircraft the Russians thought it was it would've been reported as an 'accident' when it was shot down.

Like when you guys shot down an Iranian airliner (with much better detection equipment and while the plane and ship were within Iranian territory) after years of raking the USSR for doing something "you would never let happen"?
