$1: "The Liberal party cannot support this government any further. We will hold Stephen Harper to account. We will oppose his government in Parliament." Proof of the old saying that it's better to remain silent than open your mouth and prove your a fool.

Hey Derby,
even the Liberal Leader is supporting the CPC for now. How do you feel about that?

Highlights: "We've said clearly we won't support the government but, at the same time, we won't try to defeat the government each time," Ignatieff told reporters Tuesday after making an appearance at a daycare in Ottawa. Yeah or at least at a time when the polls don't indicate that you'd be kicking yourself in the nuts doing it.
On Tuesday, Ignatieff wouldn't commit to tabling another such motion the next time the Liberals have the opportunity. "I won't say but, as I've said, we won't support these people, because we're the opposition." ...not because they're actually doing a poor job or not working with the House.... "But we're not trying to create opportunities to trigger an election, he said." yeah...because again you'll get your ass handed to you... "Canadians have clearly said they don't want an election, and they haven't just said that to me, they've told that to all the parties, and we have to respect what the Canadian voters think."
When did this respect for what voters think begin? It was nowhere to be seen in the spring.

ASLplease ASLplease: Hey Derby,
even the Liberal Leader is supporting the CPC for now. How do you feel about that? He likely won't respond. He only pipes up when his view is represented by his party.

"Mr Harper, your time is up."
I bet there's a bit of plotting going on behind Iggy's back. And I mean in the Liberal Caucus.
They will start to eat their own soon.

the podcast that Scape linked has Idiot Iggy claiming he never said they would bring down the government. He was just trying to hold them accountable because we need better government!
what a complete idiot. And I thought I like Dion because he was a goof, I say lets keep Iggy, with public opinion the way it is now, he is doing a better job at ensure a CPC majority!

When Iggy gets dumped by the Libs, and he will, I vote we keep him around as court jester.

Good old Stephen Taylor: While we're at it.. Have you noticed with all this election talk, how http://www.nationalnewswatch.com/ has taken a side? They link to Warren Kinsella's or any of the Lib-blogs with wild abandon. They do Stephan Taylot too but only when it's embarassing. It's quite telling to switch between NN and http://www.bourque.org.
