The headline says they were either forced into marriage and Islam or infected with diseases and beheaded. If you follow the boolean logic, it means if they didn't marry and accept Islam they were both infected and beheaded.

WE know that ISIS isn't stupid. They publish their own videos of their outrages, because it attracts a certain kind of idiot. So the Daily Slime is just playing into their hands, basically acting as a propaganda tool for them. The only new bit in this breathless headline is the infecting with diseases, we already know about the forced conversions and beheadings - as I said, ISIS likes to show those off. I very much doubt that there are people out there who are on the fence saying "well, forced conversion and beheadings, OK, but infecting with diseases that's a step too far."

This sort of shit has the opposite effect on what's intended. As I say, it acts as a propaganda tool for ISIS, but for most people, except the bobbleheads, they're just going to tune out after a while, have outrage fatigue.
