I haven't eaten a subway sandwich for years now but even back when I did occasionally, the notion of a tuna sub did not appeal at all. Hell, I don't even remember the last time I even ate canned tuna.

Same here, I don't eat anything with canned tuna in it... and I haven't been in a fast-food joint in years.

Nor have we. The closest thing to fast food we do, maybe every couple of weeks, is delivery from a local pizza place whose pizza and wings kick butt over others we've tried, including one of the bigger chains.

Their meatball sub with onion and banana peppers is good when I'm really really drunk. When, coincidentally, I don't care how it tastes or if it even contains meat.

I guess the CBC is exonerated for saying their Chicken sub contains a lot of soy.

I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do, I often choose Subway because they give you a decent amount of veggies, unlike most other fast food joints. Us old farts need those veggies...

I always got the Italian BMT. The salami is actually salami, unlike 99% of pizza joints that sell some baloney shit as salami, baloney w pepper as pepperoni and baloney w cayenne as capicollo
I will admit it's a step up from SubStop and MrSub we used to see back in the 1970s

I seldom eat fast food, because here there aren't any. But cooking for one sucks shit and I'd die for a Wendys or Triple O I could hit once a week.

LOL. Reminds me of my night clubbing days when I was 19/20 yrs old. I'd stop at the 7-11 by my apartment to get a pizza sub to munch down before I went to bed. Gross anytime else but perfect when I was rather toasted.

We usually get meatball subs on Remembrance day, after we close down the Legion. It's usually the only thing open. If we close down early enough, it's off to Boston Pizza for some Onion Soup.

The best terrible food is enjoyed when you have a good buzz.
