So if I understand correctly, the USA and Canada are shit contries.

They didn't have to buy the American. Apparently, ISIS captured three division's worth of Iraqi army ordinance a few months back and they are therefore as well armed as their adversaries.

Then again, maybe ISIS is being armed by that Gunz-Я-Us store just over the order in Montana.
