When I heard he may have had 2 accomplices, my thoughts were of the coming 'night of the Long Knives'. And it wouldn't be crazies, but it would make James McCarthy look like a librarian.

Yeah, they remember the reaction after 9/11. As my daughter says "Not all Arabs are bad". It's truth. But I still be unable to realize "Who is who".

Patish Patish: But I still be unable to realize "Who is who". That's becasue you can't tell who's crazy and who isn't.The important thing to remember is that you're much more likely to be killed by a car than a muslim. Not so many people are afraid of cars though.

I think because we accept cars and have grown use to the death they cause . All Arabs are not bad but it is time for their own to get control over the radicals in the religions. Yes he should die and probably will before he makes it to court . There is a good way to really fuck these people find an alternative to oil and most of there money dries up that funds terrorists

There are more then enough places over here, where you can be killed by Muslims. But in case what happened now, I think he just crazy.

The worst part about this is the fact that the perp is American-born citizen and a senior officer in the US military. If he had been some radical immigrant, it would not have been so bad, but now the anit-muslim racists will use this guy as a poster-boy to say ALL people of arab or muslim decent pose a clear and present danger to the public.
Obviously, this was a guy who was 'normal' for most of his life then for one reason or another went crazy and started identifying with the other side. Apparently, authorities had him under surveillance for some time due to "anti-american" posts he was making in online forums...makes you wonder if somebody could have acted sooner on this guy.

Accidents are not the same as terrorism. This is by far one of the more annoying arguments people create. People realize that you can be killed in a car accident, or by slipping on the stairs as you head towards your car, even, but those are the risks of life that WE ALL have to come to terms with. It's not the same when your life is changed through an act of terrorism. Terrorism is the deliberate act of somebody trying to KILL you. The other car in the accident wasn't planning on taking your life.

Like what? Kick him out of the military or something? Then people would of said it was racism or racial profiling, and he would of sued the government for millions upon millions while people start propping him up as some example about how racist or evil the American government and military is.

Only the idiots would be bitching about it and calling it racism. You just can't have senior officers in the military making anti-whatever country he's in, statements. Especially publicly.

This isn't the first time a Muslim soldier went radical and killed their fellow soldiers, and it probably won't be the last either.

Who cares what Religion he is, he KILLED what? 12 people...This person needs to die. Also on the Car arguement. Cars are driven by people who make the cars decisions....Cars don't kill people, people driving cars kill people... This Person needs to Die, or better yet, keep him alive and kill all his family....Eye for an Eye...... Just my opinion, I could be wrong

$1: A cousin told the New York Times he started having second thoughts about his military career a few years ago after other soldiers harassed him for being a Muslim. He was also traumatized by the stories he heard from returning soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorder as he counselled them at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington and later, at Fort Hood.
reading this, I dont think he was doing a great job being a psychologist, nor being a soldier. He should not have been allowed to do his job anymore.
