First thing I thought of was Bart's idea that. Mexico claims BC on the right of first discovery. So much for that! However, that aside this is very interesting.

Even if this is proved it won't stop the radical Aztlan and Reconquista movements from claiming BC as 'theirs'.

Hawaiians have dibs on it I remember digging up an old french coin, dated 1763 in my parent`s backyard. There were a few found in the area as it was on an old trade route from Fort Dauphin apparently
