No suggestion by the Star how much $600 BILLION in debt in Ontario costs Ontario, or the wasted transfer payments that Ontario pulls in every year from the West. Let's take it a step further, how much does a $30 BILLION deficit impact Canada?
Hiding your money in offshores account is certainly problematic, so is systemic debt, waste, cronyism and theft. Who's watching out for us in this regard? The same agencies tasked to enforce are some of the first to have their hand out.
