I don't understand. The Supreme Court gave the activists the out they want. Low viral load (how low is low?) and condom equal = Right to bullshit your sexual partners with immunity.
Still not happy though? Right, apparantly they think someone with sky high viral loads should be safe from prosecution as long as they (or their partner?) wears a rubber.
