With stunts like this it makes one wonder if there is any honour in politics. First Petras and now Hillary, the only person in this administration left who hasn't been precluded from testifying by some bullshit reason is the White House janitor.

Then my apologies. Apparently they were thinking he wouldn't have to testify because he was no longer the head of the CIA because of his sexual gymnastics.
I wonder if not being the Director of the CIA made any difference in what he said under oath?
