$1:
"Don't pass around snacks, drinks, smokes, tokes and vapes," warns the BCCDC.

Wow. Halloween has changed a bit since I was a kid.

Friend has tied a 5" PVC pipe to his porch rail. He's gonna kids to just open their bag at the bottom of it and he'll slide treats down to them.

Saw something like this on the news and then they said they knew a plumber who was complaining that it was going to be just like the great Canadian toilet paper rush with plumbers not being able to fix toilets because all the ABS piping was being used to pass candy to the little ghosts, goblins and zombies.

Yeah I can believe that. Remember the yeast shortage because everyone was locked down baking their own bread?
Just yesterday there was a cart full of yeast (never before seen brands)in the super-discounted-clearout area of the local SaveOn.
Goes along with the ravioli in the stores, in all my years no Italian relative ever, even once, served ravioli with kale or squash in it, yet they're some of the only kinds in the stores for over a decade. If you want ravioli with meat you're stuck with canned Boyardee shit.
Called the Law of Can't Supply Demand or else.

The main thing is that Halloween is still a go. No level of government owns holidays or Halloween, and need to stop overstepping their authority and let people live their lives. We can't grind everything to a halt and give in to fear and paranoia like so many already have.

Let kids be kids for a day, and let everyone have some fun and think of something other than this global nonsense and train wreck of a year.
