Today in conservative cancel culture shutuppery, a wedding planning website dared to make an ad with a same-sex couple in it, so conservative thought police bullied Hallmark channel into removing the commercial. Hallmark has since reinstated the ad and apologized for letting conservative thugs push them around.

Why bother. Stopping this ad isn't going to change sweet fuck all. All you have to do is turn on the TV to see LGBTQ2 couples, singles and every combination there of including the odd straight ones on every program out there.

Besides, in today's woke society where previous morals ethics and laws no longer apply you'd be cutting your nose off to spite your face if you take down a politically correct commercial just because people complained about it.

So Hallmark's beliefs are inconsequential because they've now wakened the woke and are under attacked for their "non politically correct" stance on homosexuality. But since they caved to some conservative viewers no matter what happens going forward they're going to come out of this the losers.

Tyranny of the minority. This 'Million Mom' group is only about 750 people.

And, breaking news, if you are watching the Hallmark Channel you are already likely gay.

No matter what you do, someone will be offended.

Kinda strange though that only people watching the Hallmark Channel are complaining. I've seen gay couples in commercials on other channels... including TSN. [huh]

The hotties kissing offered too much of a distraction from the typical dreck of the Candace Cameron-Bure Christmas film marathon.

Well they caved and came out just a few minutes ago and said they "made a terrible mistake" and were sorry about pulling the ad.

My guess is that after a large settlement someone in corporate will be looking for a new job this Christmas. ROTFL

Why protest and demand an add get pulled. Protest with not spending money on said product, stop watching the station if you are that offended. Make then hurt in the pocket book that's when they will take notice.

Hallmark has been under attack from the Social Justice crowd this Christmas. It's almost like word came down from Social Justice central "Cancel Hallmark Christmas."

This one where they snuck a gay scene into one of a group of 5 commercials where it was protested by Hallmark's mostly Christian Christmas audience almost seems like a plant when you look at what else Hallmark has been dealing with this Christmas.

It isn't just gays that have all of a sudden discovered Hallmark Christmas. It's the whole "Diversity" crowd of SJW cancel culterists.

Hallmark already bent the knee to the Diversitists. So it's no surprise they would do it again for the gays. I imagine they'll have to be calling their popular lineup of Christmas shows Holiday shows soon.

Although I'm not sure it was the gays organizing this current attack.

I'm picking up the vague scent of the activist Atheist cabal that wants to cancel traditional Christmas. I suspect the gays just got dragged into it as was planned.

And here's one for all the Progbots who got duped by this obvious ploy to cancel Hallmark's traditional Christmas.

Mine likes those old movies with ladies in long dresses and 19th century "gentlemen". She calls them period pieces. I agree.
No one who doesn't have periods could watch one without puking!

For once, I vehemently agree with you. R=UP
