Will Canada's police be required to use the neutered Glock or will they still have enough firepower to kill every unarmed person they see?

Bullets will have to be plastic, contain no powder and have a muzzle velocity not exceeding 2ft/s (0.6096m/s). When being fired gun must make an adorable "pew pew" sound.
