I guess looks can be deceiving because if they can deny this child the chance to walk just because of budget cuts, then I'll take our Medical system over theirs anytime.

Well, Britain also has private health insurance/care. If she's unhappy with the NHS, she should just avail herself of that.

Shameful, no money for a little Brit to help her walk again but the govt has hundreds of millions of pounds to piss away on aid to countries like India, Pakistan, etc.
