Me too. When things are completely fucked, they get elected.
Within an hour of being elected, everyone and their brother blames them for being completely fucked.
And then vote the ones who fucked them back in, and feel good about it as they're screwed over even more for a couple decades until they realize they once again got S.F.A. except more being shafted.

Jason Kenney is already doing that - campaigning, without a platform. At least Brian Jean has shown what he stands for. He's still an idiot, but he's the better idiot of the two.

I want to see what the Alberta Party comes up with, or if other PCs keep calling themselves PCs and revive the party.

If they lose, it's nobody's fault but the NDP - they're the ones who chose to implement a very activist agenda in the middle of a downturn.

Had the economy been booming or had they just implemented one or two of their major policies gradually over their term, they might have gotten re-elected, but they chose to pass Bill 6, increase minimum wage, bring in a carbon tax, pro-union legislation, and a host of other items that their base demanded.

I know people who voted in NDP in the last election and they've told me never again, even if it means voting UCP!

I did vote NDP way back in the day, as a protest against Klein and his insanity, but after this, I won't be voting for them again either. I'll likely be voting Alberta Party or Liberal in the next election, depending on who is running in my area.
