If this nimrod were ever to win his case it would literally open up pandora's box. Can you imagine if every scumbucket, scuzzball, terrorist, illegal immigrant or criminal that was ever denied access to Canada taking the Canadian Government to court, total chaos and anarchy would prevail.

I've had a fair bit of this stuff translated from arabic when I was in Israel. Relatives of in laws are Sephardi Jews, and arabic was their first language growing up. There is always a speech for the western press and one for the arabs. Besides Hamas is the worst of a bad lot in the area, so you know their message will never be about peace and tolerance. They abuse their own kids with nary a flash of conscience.
