Posted under 'funny', but I don't think it's funny. She was in jail for 2 months, after a 'routine traffic stop'?

"The scary thing is that when she (Huff) was confronted with jail and a fine, even though she turned out to be innocent, it was easier to take the punishment," Richardson said.

That's the 'not funny' part.

$1:
The officer suspected methamphetamine. "I found it strange that she would eat SpaghettiOs with a metal spoon while riding in a vehicle, and then put the spoon back in a bag," the report reads.

What an ignorant POS this jerkoff is.

People do all sorts of things in their car and I can say with authority that eating pasta with a spoon is not weird, it's among the most normal things I can imagine. I say that as someone who has seen stuff that makes 'weird' seem mild.

And once again it goes straight back to the mental acumen of the police that are being recruited today. If this ass clown was so thick that he identified spagettiO's as meth he is by definition the dumbest fucker in the state of Florida and that's really saying something.

However, one must admit, SpagettiO's is probably not much better for you than meth.

True,

Especially the PO claims that " she seemed to be nervous. If I was stopped by the police and if the conversation were to turn out the way this did I would be bloody nervous as well. Most PO are very professional people, but when you run into a jerk off with a badge and a gun it can get very unprofessional very fast.

Someone "seeming to be nervous" is a boilerplate excuse for cops to violate the rights of citizens. It's another reason why I support putting body cameras on police is that there will be a record of whether or not a person really is 'nervous' or suspicious.

She should have been jailed for eating SpaghettiOs. It's bad enough that there are no fashion police down there but that "constitution" thing prevents proper culinary laws from being applied.
