Make it harder to own a home!
Hell if you can't come up with $250,000 cash down payment you deserve to live under a bridge. And the HST... why should the banks be forced to lend that. Make that cash up front too.
What do we want a country where every working class peon can own a home?
Next thing they'll want to vote without owning property too!

Maybe I'll be alright, he didn't actually clamp down that hard at all. The restrictions he brought in, a lot of banks had already done themselves anyway.
