Apparently the South Africans are outraged at Nigerian drug dealers. There have been numerous deaths from overdose and numerous murders by Nigerian drug lords...one in particular stands out...and the people are fed up with the deliberate inaction of the corrupt police and government.

I'd call this more a cultural issue than a racial issue.

Yup. It's okay when black people slaughter and ethnically cleanse white people but they better watch out when they're slaughtering Nigerians who sell drugs that are made in China.
