This is so ridiculous. They're trying to fix a "mechanical" problem that doesn't exist. There's a difference between dysfunction and desire. Dysfunction may be repaired. Desire - not so much. It's either there or it's not.
Someone just needed a make work project.

Desire fixes require a mind altering drug or one that manages to trick the woman into thinking she is sexually stimulated. The former is dangerous as it may cause addictions, the latter already exists in the form of creams I believe.

If you have to trick someone into wanting you, you might wanna stop and think about that for a minute.

It has a lot of applications, just a lot more of them are bad than good which makes me question the need for something like this.
