So all these people who are putting a strain on Toronto's social services "migrated" from other Canadian locals and have nothing to do with the Liberals immigration policies. If this is really true it should mean that the Fed's will soon be giving the Eastside in Vancouver a shitload of money to take care of the "Canadian migrants" from all the other parts of Canada.

But, if that isn't true allow me to point out that,since most people would associate birds or animals with the term "migrate" especially since the most common description for people moving between countries is "emigrants" or "immigrants". So, which is it. Canadians moving to Toronto to freeze to death or immigrants who arrived legally or jumped the border and have moved there who are causing this problem?
