And quite frankly, THAT is where he should have been doing his prison time in the first place instead of wasting OUR taxpayer money to feed, house and clothe that POS!

What do we care what the Indians do with him? He's lost his right to live in Canada. What a fucked up country we live in, where the lawyer could even make that argument, and the feds think they have to make an excuse by saying "we didn't know."

I have very little sympathy for hijackers. The more time they spend behind bars rather than their next hijacking the better.
