$42 million isn't even 1% of the $5 billion renovation. They spent that much on billboards for the "Action Plan". Not worth losing any sleep over.

I was thinking the same thing.

That and doesn't the Germans have a similar setup.... I thought that when they rebuilt the richestag (I know that isn't spelled right) that they are in a glass setup.
