Until relatively recently, Airsoft weapons were banned in Canada. I know this because when I lived overseas, I had one and it was seized when I mailed it home with my other belongings. Interestingly enough, they didn't seize the magazines, BBs, or batteries I had shipped with it, so I sold them all on Ebay for a tidy profit - before Ebay banned the sale of Airsoft guns and accessories.

I disagree with banning these again - maybe it's time to run to Cabelas and get one before this becomes law again.
