Juncker is also renewing his demands that the EU create its own military to replace the independent militaries of its member nations.

My wild fantasies of the past decade included more US states embracing Constitutional carry, a Presidential candidate who wants to secure our borders and deport illegals, a right-wing resurgence in Europe, and a sub-Saharan African backlash against the Muslim invaders.

Because they are different topics. What is it with you guys that somebody is obligated to mention Muslim depredations at every turn? And only the incident of the attacks on Poles has anything to do with the EU - ie the free movement of people between EU states. The jihadists are residents of the country they are creating mayhem in, has nothing to do with 40 years of lies the Brits told their own people. Well lies relating to the EU, anyway. Ie the British people were incited against the Polish immigrants. Doubt anybody could accuse the British politicians of inciting hate against the Muslims. The Daily Slime is doing that job.

half truths or not, one of the main reasons for the yes vote was immigration. There is no half truths about that! The UK didn't want such an influx of migrants, particularly ones on the lower socio-economic sector. That is what happens when almost 2 dozen countries decide it's okay to live and work anywhere, when most of these nations were dirt poor and had limited to no social programs.

Of course people are going to flock to the welfare states, and that's just what happened. With that, comes more crime, and a huge demand for already limited resources from social programs. It is the reason you see so much anger and frustration in the UK directed toward immigrants and hence, a 'yes' lets get out of here mentality.
