I live close to Edmonton and work the patch. Nisku (one the world's largest industrial parks) is next door.Vacancy rates in the park are sky rocketing to epidemic proportions. Just down the road from my house is a new 200 suite apartment block. been open for several months, looks like the occupancy rate is in the 10 percent or less rate. believe me the crash is much worse than the Govt. and Media are telling us.
