The truth sucks, doesn't it? When is the Bloc going to run some candidates in the West, so we can give them the majority they need?

some?
When Americans stop driving cars we'll stop supplying the oil.
What are you going to do when the cash drys up?
What will you do with all the unemployed who move back home?
What will you do when the federal government raises taxes to make up for the shortfall?
What will you use as a replacement for oil?
What are you going to do with Saskatchewan's oil sands?

Questions that need to be answered first.

Since supposedly the goal is to reduce CO2 emission world wide then I think I have a better idea. Instead of us financing Africa to pump/extract more oil and emit more CO2 while we keep going with the oil sands, why not instead have Europe and Africa pay us compensation to shut them down?

Win win situation. Unless of course CO2 emissions aren't really as attractive a goal as extorting money from us to pay Africa to extract more of their natural resources.

To bad no one is as there are alternatives that would work if we spent the money and time to get them off the ground . It is that it is to easy for the oil companies to be lazy, why do you not supply some alternatives instead just the usual not possible attitude

Here's an alternative, leave oil alone. Why screw with a product the whole world uses.

Now if you can provide an alternative, go for it. The reply I expect is silence or blah, blah ect, ect. To bad what old bird.
