The MND, General Vance and every member of the JAG who was involved in this debacle should be forced to retire or release.
If our military Leadership put half as much effort into cleaning up the acquisition program and ensuring a strong vibrant military as they do trying to keep the world from knowing their dirty little secrets Canada would be a world power.
What ever happened to manning up? The JAG's use of the, unnamed Clerk, all veteran staff were on holidays and the dept is understaffed are excuses that are completely unacceptable and show just how morally bankrupt our senior leadership and the Military Justice system has become.
The only good thing that will come out of this is that now all Canadians can see just how big a mistake it was in allowing the NDA to be usurped by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms because it made the military justice system a culture of lawyers and politicians. Some of whom, are alot less ethical than others.
