You weren't drafted and this isn't Vietnam.
You agreed and signed a contract.
The US army should simply demand these people pay out their contract instead of time served. Hit them in the pocket book.
Labour contracts aren't like other types of contracts. You can't force the work from someone if they change their mind. The 13th Ammendment is pretty clear about that.
I said they should demand to be compensated, not to be forced to work.
They said they'd serve X years for Y money. They owe the army the remainder of that time and the ammount can be calculated and a bill submitted.
These gutless wonders can run but they can't hide and the contract they signed can haunt them untill they make good.
Even better, the army can flogg these off to a collection agency and wash these POS of their hands.
