Can they really arrest any woman in these zones? What about boys ie male prostitutes. What about any man in the area carrying more than 2 condoms - surely that indicates an intention to buy. Of course they can't. It will never hold up in court. It's not law either. It's funny, because the PDF file that the "two condom thing" links to, is a study and it states reasons for arrest. Having more than 2 condoms was not stated as one. On another note, the "prostition free zones" were there during the inauguration. It's kinda late to bs over this.
