I'm surprised he didn't get shot before he got out of the car.

The cops sure like to make a fuss about guns in cars in a nation that is all about guns everywhere. So let's encourage people to carry guns, but then act like it's 911 when we find a gun on them.

But, I don't know what made this guy get out of the car. Fear probably. But when you have a cop's gun pointed at you, saying he will shoot you if you move, it's best not to move. I'm sure the cops will get off.

Mr Reid, 36, has spent about 13 years in prison for shooting at New Jersey State Police troopers when he was a teenager, it has been reported.

He was arrested last year on charges including drug possession and obstruction. According to the Associated Press, Days was one of the arresting officers at that time.
