If this is true it's unfucking acceptable and heads should roll. I don't give a shit what race creed or colour a member is. In the military there is only one colour and that's the one that's being worn.

Now with that being said. This airman should have been moved immediately after the allegations were made to get him away from the assholes in that Squadron who were tormenting him. Then, those same assholes should have been investigated and if evidence warranted it, charged under section 93 of the NDA.
