Is the Free Republic an arm of the Conservative party? No. It's an independant forum that only shares a segment of the spectum. Just the same as this forum is independant, reguardless or what party the owner favor.

I personally find it far too filled with abortion rhetoric to bother with it myself.

As for the G8 babewatch, I was actually criticising Sarkozy, not Obama.

Yup I.E. Warren Kinsella's cat comments never graced the web pages of the CBC for that matter. And he's not just some blogger but Iggy's right hand.

The left is a broad statement that could include the NDP, the Democrats and the Liberals. Conservative pretty much describes the Conservative party of Canada.
