Yeah becuase who needs to be reminded of how to stop that big gaping hole in the hull from which water is pouring in when you learned it 10 years ago. I'm sure it will all come back, like riding a bike. But do you want to bet your life on it?

That's 5-10% of their annual training, but that won't affect the ability of the reserves? Yeah, I'm calling BS on that one.

Does it make sense to weaken our coastal defenses when we're bulking up the military for overseas deployments? Shouldn't our primary focus be on homeland defense, and with our geography, then navy would be the primary arm to do it?
