I corrected you the last time you posted this. It's not uncommon for California and specifically Sacramento to not hit 110. In the last 40 years it's hit that point 13 times.

Go search the weather for Sacramento on July 4, 2018.
It was so cold that day people were wearing sweaters at noon for the July 4th parades.
Last time I searched this an 'official' source said it was 92F that day.
Video of an actual news report for the day says 71F. That's a 20F difference for the same city on the same day.
