Actually, I can see that if you delete "incriminating evidence", it could be 'obstruction of justice'. Exact same thing if someone shreds incriminating documents.

Mind you, you would actually have to know that you're getting rid of evidence.

Or, you could just set your browser to clear history every time it exits . . . I'd love to be in court when the defense brings that one up.
