Wow. 8O

If what's being said is even remotely true then God help us all because if they rule in favour of these perpetually outraged women it means the end of pretty much any and all debate on the internet.

I realise that our justice system is a growth industry for some but, actually bringing cases like this to court just proves that not only is justice blind, she's also slightly mentally retarded.

It's criminal harassment now to reveal the truth? 8O

I have a lot of hurtful words, but as we know, you are never really anonymous on the internet.

Remember that this is Blatchford, she has a certain pov and needs to sell papers. From what I recall about the case, this guy cyberstalked the women. So we may not be getting an objective recount of the situation here. It would be good to see some other media on this, but there doesn't seem to be any yet.

Seriously, when the hell did "I don't like that" become synonymous with "should be illegal/unconstitutional?

But let me see if I've got this straight. These two bimbos think it's kosher to harass someone on-line but it's not ok for them to be "harassed" on-line.
Sounds like typical "progressive" women bullshit to me.

Of course I like how the one felt "intimidated" despite trolling the dude herself.

And people think the Conservatives are the only threat to free speech in this country. Pffft.

Yeah Blatchford. You're not going to get a very objective viewpoint.

The freedom of speech isn't necessarily a left-right thing. There's authoritarian left wingers and right wingers, and I dislike both. That includes Stephen "Nevermind what I'm up to what exactly are you up to?" Harper and the Montreal "Our bands are going to sing about violating corpses and murdering your enemies but please don't wear anything offensive" festival organizers.

Here's a shirt put out by Mastodon, one of the bands playing where the headdress has been banned:

No, not offensive at all.

I was wondering about that. This article only seems to have the guy's lawyers point of view. But I found it interesting that till this falling out the plaintiff and defendant all had pretty much the same point of view and were working together. :P

Here ya go then lefties. Don't like Blatchford? Very well, here's your Red Star trying desperately to present some sort of reason for Eliot being sued. They present the tweets.

Nearest thing to outright nasty they can find is Eliot once tweeted that one of the third wavers "fat asses is getting fatter".

$1:
Guthrie has testified that by the fall of 2012, she simply wanted Elliott to stop contacting her. “He’s entitled to defend himself to the world, but not to me,” said Guthrie.
No matter what you say about him? Murphy asked her. “Dozens of people will back me up on what I said about him,” Guthrie said.

What a stunned c**t!
