The USAF should fy what it is planned which apparently didn't occcur here. I'm sure this will be looked into by USAF people.
These Islands are disputed territory.
China is making a bid to incorporate these Islands into the PRC, we disagree.
China is attepting to expand their territory we are making it plain that we disagree.
What we have here is in international pissing contest.
