Normally I don't post these "crime blotter" stories but the details are just amazing:

- Cop fires 16 shots at unarmed suspect, hitting him 7 times
- Cop walks over, fires 3 'finishing shots' in the back at close range
- Cop has 3 shootings in 6 months, 2 of them fatal
- Cop admits he drank "several beers" before duty but was not given breathalyzer until 5 hours later

Yeah, the victim is a low-life but still given the above, it seems stunning that there are no charges here.

Those last 3 for sure there is no excuse for.

That's a pretty big clip the cop has, or did he stop and reload. (like the guy who was deemed to have died by suicide, firing 20 shots and pausing only once to relead.)
