Finally some good news on the Navy's front. I just hope they can find enough sailors to man it. And, if I had my druthers with our constant manning constraints I can't help but think we should be going the Royal Fleet Auxillary and USNS route with mixed civilian and military crews. Especially since it's working so well with the MV Asterix.

Although, I'm not enthused about the name. You'd think they could come up with something more original than another " HMCS Protecteur".

That's what I thought. I'd bet good money to say that the second ship will get the name 'Preserver'.
