When the Vietnamese boat people started arriving here is when gang violence kicked it up quite a few notches. You never heard about automatic weapons being used on Vancouver streets before then. The Vietnamese don't seem to make the news anymore for being gangsters, but 5 will get you 20 that when a grow house is busted, there's somebody named Nguyen looking after it.

You're right. We should have sent a cruise ship for them, instead of making them sail around on a rust bucket. Compensation and apology time. (It's cheaper if we do it now than wait a few decades.)

What are they watching for .. they will be welcomed with open arms.. held for a few days to make it look good. then allowed to disappear into the Tamil community in Toronto.. not to worry boys your welfare cheques are being printed as we speak..
