That is so not going to happen.
If anything, the military will get another gutting to try and reduce the deficit.

Make deep cuts to the RCMP and CSIS, pass on those annual savings into the military. Assist with our NATO obligations as our allies expect us to, ensure we have a voice that people actually listen to not just hear...
Oh, and cut transfer payments to Ontario, nothing like throwing good money after bad.
