Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken the unusual step of addressing everyone in the Canadian Forces and civilian defence staff, assuring them his government will take care of personnel and ensure troops have the proper equipment.

Sigh. Just scrap the Forces altogether and farm out the entire national defense department to the Americans. No point in continuing this farce because apparently NO ONE in this stupid country has any intention of ever fixing this problem.
