It'll work better than giving a middleman 80%-90% of the cash.

What a load of crap. You may cut out the middleman but how long will it be till they move down to the local level and demand or just take their cut?

But a question. If this is such a wonderful idea why aren't the PM and his Gov't doing it for the native bands in Canada because, if it worked like they claim wouldn't it eliminate the highest level of corruption which is, the band chiefs and councils who run these Bannock Republics?

This is just more of our tax dollars being pissed down the drain so the Liberals can make themselves look good for their masters at the UN and effective or even logical policies be damned.

These programs don't work domestically due to the coriolis effect. It's very technical, but it will totally 100% work in places not named Canada

That's not how it works. The brokers are likely in some place like New York, and they pay people, who pay people, who send people to distribute aid.

I've read several Economists (Jared Diamond??) who believe that the most efficient way to deliver aid is to go to the area affected and use cash to pay locals to deliver the aid. Local economy gets a boost, and the New York Lawyers have to actually work for a living.

$1:
Findings revealed that there is no one “right” transfer modality. The relative effectiveness of different modalities depends heavily on contextual factors such as the severity of food insecurity and the thickness of markets for grains and other foods. In three countries (Ecuador, Uganda, Yemen), cash had a relatively larger impact on improving dietary diversity as did vouchers in Ecuador, but in the fourth country (Niger), food had a larger impact on dietary diversity. Cash assistance was always significantly more cost-effective to deliver. In fact, researchers determined that if they repeated the study, but only distributed cash, they could feed an additional 32,800 people with the same project budget.

Ah, that is how it works. The distribution of money in these third world countries has zero to do with some New York wonk and everything to do with the Gov't of the day and the local warlord taking the money earmarked for the people for themselves.

So, New York can send anyone they want to distribute this money to the poor because if they don't go with an well armed contingent willing to shoot it out with the corrupt gov't authorities............... it ain't getting to the people.

But, that still doesn't explain why the money earmarked for our local natives isn't getting to them or the fact that the Federal Gov't doesn't seem to be to concerned about it especially given this new policy of wealth redistribution of theirs is a sure fire winner.

Why do you got to be so difficult? why can't you just virtue signal like the rest of us. God damn, get with the program.
