Don't see what good putting kids in jail for prostitution does. Put the resources in jailing the pervs that use them.

The way it is right now if a 13yo girl is kidnapped, raped, and then forced to be a prostitute the police will not rescue her if they find her. They'll arrest her and if her pimp posts bail they'll even release her back to the pimp.

This law will hopefully fix the problem but it'll still be the best part of a decade before the cops start obeying this law and not just arresting underage girls who were forced into sexual slavery.
